On a design and build basis the Whatton Developments team will look after all the different aspects of any residential or domestic project to include the appointing the Architect and Design Team. We will also ensure that all warranties and testing procedures are completed to the full satisfaction of LABC and the Conveyancing Solicitors.

  • Consultancy & Feasibility

  • Design & Planning

    We work closely with architects and designers to develop detailed drawings. We handle the planning application, liaise with local authorities, and ensure the proposals align with building regulations and your design aspirations.

  • Pre-Construction & Cost Planning

    Our team focuses on detailed preparation. Through accurate cost planning and value engineering, we establish realistic budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality. sets the foundation for a smooth construction phase — giving full transparencylfrom the very start.

  • Structural Build

    This stage focuses on bringing the project to life — from foundations through to the main structure. Our team ensures all works are delivered to the highest standards, coordinating trades efficiently to keep the build safe, on schedule, and aligned with design intent.

  • Internal fit out

    Once the structure is complete, attention turns to the interiors. We manage all finishes, fittings, and services to deliver high-quality spaces that meet the design vision — from plastering and flooring to kitchens, bathrooms, and final detailing.
